ChartObject Photovoltaic Current vs. Time of Day
Click here for a full-sized graph. Notes: This data is for a group of three Siemens SP75 panels, mounted flat on the trailer roof. Data was taken in July, 1997, near St. John, New Brunswick. Approximate latitude was 45 degrees 21 minutes.

Note that on a day with fluffy white clouds which do not cover the sun, current can be up to 17% higher than for a clear day. This isn't particuarly useful, since occasionally one of these clouds will cover the sun, and there will usually be a net loss of energy for the day.
